Today, Manny Ramirez was suspended for 50 games because of testing positive for PEDs and will lose nearly $8 million of his $25 million salary. On the bright side, Manny is now eligible for the prestigious Preforming Enhancing Drugs Hall of Fame. Being inducted would give him the privilege of joining other large headed, acne covered, impotent men that strive to ruin their bodies for a couple years of fame and big contracts.
If Manny is voted in, he will join a long list of PED Hall of Famers who have dabbled and abused PEDs in their careers. Big names such as Barry Bonds, Rafael Palmeiro, Lawrence Taylor, the 2000 Kansas City Royals (including Ray Sanchez), and anybody who calls themselves a “Professional Wrestler” are dedicated members.
PED HOFer Great, Neifi Perez, was quoted as saying, “It would be a honor to have Manny join our group and do our laundry.” Neifi, a 3-time PED user, was suspended for 80 games after testing positive for a third time for a banned stimulant. Not many have achieved such PED greatness.
